MILK WHITE STEED

Between 2022 and 2024, I made ten comics that combined classic comic genres, Caribbean folklore and a good dose of gritty realism. In 2025, these comics were published by Drawn & Quarterly as a short short collection.

Released by influential underground and alternative comics publisher Drawn & Quarterly, Milk White Steed was named in The Guardian's ‘2025 best graphic novels of the year' list and is currently a finalist for the 2026 LA Times 'Book Prize in the Graphic Novel category.' It was also a finalist for the Ignatz Award in 2025.
